** GLS EXPRESS £8.00
The product will be delivered in approximately 3/4 Days. The shipment will have a tracking number.
** DHL GLOBAL MAIL £1.99
The product will be delivered in approximately 4/7 working days and doesn’t have any tracking number. we will not held responsible of the possible delays, not depending from us. If your purchase is urgent, we sugget you choose the trackable option.
This shipping option is permitted only for orders less than £40.
Not depending on Octilus, delivery could suffer a delay. If you don’t receive your order in 30 working days fro the shipment date, we will consider the order as “lost” and you will be able to open a complaint. Any complaint should be made writing to email@example.com.
As you are purchasing a product outside of the European Union, the United States Customs could ask you to pay customs duties for the import of the products, just before to deliver you the parcel.
In this case we inform you that any additional fee due to customs dutie or taxes go on your account and have to be payed by you. Octilus cannot have any control about this fees. The Customs policies vary from a country to another. For more information, please contact theCustoms Customer Service. International shipments could be opened and inspected by Customs. If you reject the order because you don’t want to pay customs duties, the order will be resent to us. As soon as we receive it, we will refund you the money of the product but not any shipment cost. The refund period could last until 30 working days.
C. PAYMENTS METHODS
The failure of payment means the inability of the client to access the requested product. ( The non-receipt of the full amount by Octilus makes impossible the shipping).
Once the payment is verified, Octilus begins to prepare the order and ships it.
